The CRM to Invoice Workflow
Once you have won a deal in the CRM, you can easily convert it into an invoice in the Invoice module. This saves you from having to manually re-enter customer and deal information.
•From Deal to Invoice: When a deal is moved to the "Closed Won" stage in the CRM, you will have the option to create an invoice for that deal. The customer information and deal value will automatically be pulled into the new invoice.
The CRM to Projects Workflow
For service-based businesses, a won deal often kicks off a new project. The integration between the CRM and Projects modules makes this a seamless process.
•From Deal to Project: When a deal is won, you can create a new project in the Projects module. The customer information from the CRM will be linked to the new project, and you can create a project plan based on the services sold.
