Your sales pipeline is a visual representation of your sales process. This guide explains how to manage your deals and customize your pipeline in Goldilocks CRM.

Understanding the Sales Pipeline

The sales pipeline is divided into stages, from New Lead to Closed Won or Closed Lost. Each deal moves through these stages as it progresses through your sales process. You can view your pipeline in the Pipeline section.

Moving Deals Through the Pipeline

To move a deal to the next stage, simply drag and drop it from one column to the next in the pipeline view. You can also update a deal's stage by editing the deal directly.

Customizing Your Pipeline Stages

Every business has a unique sales process. In the Settings section, under Pipeline, you can customize the stages of your sales pipeline to match your business's workflow. You can add, remove, or reorder stages as needed.
