Navigating the Dashboard
Your CRM dashboard provides a real-time overview of your business. Key metrics include:
•Total Contacts: The total number of contacts in your CRM.
•Pipeline Value: The total potential value of all deals in your sales pipeline.
•Active Deals: The number of deals currently in progress.
•Pending Tasks: The number of tasks that are due or overdue.
Adding Your First Contact
To add a new contact, click the Add Contact button on the dashboard or in the Contacts section. Fill in the contact's details, including their name, email, company, and phone number. You can also add custom tags to organize your contacts.
Creating Your First Deal
Once you have a contact, you can create a deal to track a potential sale. Navigate to the Deals section and click Add Deal. Associate the deal with a contact, give it a name, and set its value and expected close date.
