Why is the website stuck on a spinning wheel when I try to sign in?

If the website does not proceed past the sign-in screen and is stuck on a loading or spinning icon, this can often be resolved by clearing your browser's cache and site data. Please follow the steps below for your specific browser.
For Google Chrome:
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- For the time range, choose All time.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
For Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to History > Clear recent history.
- For the time range, choose Everything.
- In the "History" section, check Cookies and Cache.
- Click OK.
For Microsoft Edge:
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under "Clear browsing data," click Choose what to clear.
- For the time range, choose All time.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
For iPhone (Safari):
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on Safari.
- Scroll down again and tap on Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data in the pop-up window.
For Android (Google Chrome):
- Open the Chrome app on your Android device.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap on History, then tap Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Check the boxes next to Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
- Tap Clear data.
After performing these steps, you can reopen the browser and attempt to sign in again.
