Why is the website stuck on a spinning wheel when I try to sign in?

If the website does not proceed past the sign-in screen and is stuck on a loading or spinning icon, this can often be resolved by clearing your browser's cache and site data. Please follow the steps below for your specific browser.

For Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
  3. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. For the time range, choose All time.
  5. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear data.

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to History > Clear recent history.
  3. For the time range, choose Everything.
  4. In the "History" section, check Cookies and Cache.
  5. Click OK.

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Under "Clear browsing data," click Choose what to clear.
  4. For the time range, choose All time.
  5. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear now.

For iPhone (Safari):

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Safari.
  3. Scroll down again and tap on Clear History and Website Data.
